feeling thermometer (FT), could be that. Isn't it a pain how they mix the English and foreign abbreviations/acronyms? :) Google FT and SG (standard gamble) to get an idea of how they use it. In clinical trials, these are just a couple ways to quantify evolution of the condition for statistical purposes...
