Thank you. It makes total sense. I actually thought of going w your answer since subordinates doesn't really sounds so good to me when you're dealing with HR/ Internal communication. But hopefully is just me

Embora "subordinates" capte o significado isolado da palavra, é importante ler a frase toda. Há um jogo de repetição entre as palavras "líder" e "liderados". Então a melhor opçlão seria manter a mesma raiz utilizada na tradução de "líder":

A leader must be willing to communicate their perceptions and decisions to those they lead.

(Optei pelo pronome neutro "they", mas dependendo do contexto pode ser "he/she... leads")
