Enough ... de pós-graduação stricto-sensu means regular graduate programs (Master's and PhD), as opposed to post-Bachelor's professional development courses and the like.

For a wordier, more literal translation:

Regular graduate program[me]s, doctoral level.

This is similar to Maria Luisa's answer, except that the En usage for de pós-graduação is "graduate".

Regular graduate programmes include doctoral degrees other than the PhD, contrary to what my comment may seem to imply. That is the reason why I say "doctoral" programmes / level, etc.

I know it's not used but that is how the courses are divided here and how they are called and you have to explain how a BR post graduation course works not foreign one.
