This is a list of needed repairs following inspection of a rental property in Angola. It's an office space that belongs to an international organization but it was rented out to another property. Since it's an office building, I'm assuming that "quintal" is 'rear courtyard'. Does "de apoio ao" mean that the fixtures are on the wall next to the courtyard?
