Well, according to that dictionary link I posted below, aortic stenosis is a "pathologic narrowing of the aortic valve orifice".
To avoid confusion and be certain, I would use this more specific term including the name of the valve.

I just doubt that 'arterial/venous orifice' refer to those four heart openings. They rather seem to refer to points of origin of arteries/veins.

lewe ujście tętnicze = ostium aortae = aortic orifice = the opening from the left ventricle into the ascending aorta; it is guarded by the aortic valve.

lewe ujście żylne = ostium arteriosum/ostium atrioventriculare sinistrum = left atrioventricular orifice = mitral orifice = an atrioventricular opening that leads from the left atrium into the left ventricle of the heart.

prawe ujście tętnicze = ostium trunci pulmonalis = opening of pulmonary trunk = pulmonary orifice = the opening of the pulmonary trunk from the right ventricle, guarded by the pulmonary valve.

prawe ujście żylne = ostium venosum cordis/ostium atrioventriculare dextrum = right atrioventricular orifice = tricuspid orifice = an atrioventricular opening that leads from the right atrium into the right ventricle of the heart.

and "ujście żylne" is a different structure than "ujście żyły"!
Actually, they are synonyms of "heart valves" (or rather valve openings):

<br> Apparently they do - pulmonary venous orifice/orifice of superior vena cava. It's not a very widespread term, and in clinical texts the word "opening" is often substituted for "orfice", but it is being used.

referring to the orifices of the left or right heart ventricle, NOT to points of origin of arteries or veins. Sure, aorta and pulmonary artery begin at the 'arterial orifices' but no vein connects to the 'venous orifice'. It seems to me that such terms are not used in English (only the names of the valves are used).
