agree Olga Cartlidge : Dean of the Department (or Division ) of (Advanced) Natural Sciences. "Advanced" is not added at Cambridge, as far as I am aware, but it might be at other Universities : as pointed out by Nicholas, this is what "peritorium" stands for.
