Latin term

examine iuris neerlandict habito

Latin to English Art/Literary Education / Pedagogy
From a Dutch degree certificate. Am not sure whether the board marked the exam or the student passed it. Haven't come across this phrase with "habitus" before.

The phrase: Ordo Iurisconsultorum examine iuris neerlandict habito iuveni ornatissimo, cui nomen xxxxxxxx facultatem tribuit etc.
Many thanks.

after an examination in Dutch law had been held

Or 'an examination in Dutch law having been held'. This translation supposes that 'neerlandict' is a slip for 'Neerlandici' (nom. 'Neerlandicus',
'a student of or expert in Dutch studies').
