I am working on a document that includes some blood work results. The results include levels of total protein, albumin, total bilirubin and so on. 緊 appears right next to the numbers indicating measured levels. Here are some examples:

25総ビリルビン 0.3L緊

What exactly does 緊 indicate, and what is its English equivalent?

Explanation:
The blood test example values shown have an H or L suffix indicating "High" or "Low". This means that the measured result is outside the reference range of values. I think that 緊 (meaning urgent/emergency) after the measured value means something like "urgent attention required" or "emergency examination required" (緊検) .
