iposfigmia

could it be iposfigmia polsi?

Eurodic claims that this is
"hyposphyxia" in English - unknown to me ... the meaning is roughly that the circulation of the blood is "lowered"
and a sign of this is a weak pulse.

abbreviation related to sphygmography / arteriography

The "spfigma" part makes me think it's got to do with a hypo-something-or-other using a sphygmogram / arteriogram.
At this point, however, you can conclude that your doctor is a terrible speller. In Italian, it's "sfigmografo" without the "p". This means he's probably mispelled "belst" as well!
