Come here, O my beloved Come here and pacify the longing in my heart

While pyaas also means thirst in English, it also has different meaning in the context used - here it clearly indicates the longing for the beloved. Thirst is also indiciative of a similar emotion, but more so like a desire then a longing.

O my dear, come on and quench the thirst of my heart.

In fact, it is 'dilbar' instead of 'dil bel'.

The above is the literal translation of this lyric. In fact, the singer is requesting his mate to come, so that he may become satisfied after seeing her. He appears to be quite restless for having not seen his sweetheart for long!
