Diesbezüglich beträgt die Frist zur Abgabe der Übernahmeerklärung, welche mittels eingeschriebenen Briefes im Fall der Konkurseröffnung an den bestellten Masseerwalter, im Fall der Auflösung und Liquidation eines Gesellschafters an den Liquidator und im Fall der Pfändung und eingeleiteten exekutiven Verwertung eines gepfändeten Geschäftsanteiles neben dem Gesellschafter auch an den betreibenden Gläubiger und an das Exekutionsgericht und in jedem Fall auch an die Gesellschaft zu richten ist, ein Monat ab Kenntnis des anspruchsberechtigten Gesellschafters vom Eintritt des Übernahmefalles.
