Couldn't find anything on Mischpolleiste in any of my references, but Siemens does list
Mischleiste -> hybrid connector
and
Mischleisten-Federleiste -> hybrid socket connector
Mischleisten-Messerleiste -> hybrid plug connector

Just looking at what little context you have, hybrid connector might work for you. Hope it helps!
