how do you translate the form "§90"? 'Grundgesetz' is clear, Basic or Common law, but i dont know how to translates §90 or if I should just leave it?

Not sure how Kommission comes into the picture, perhaps in the sense of introduction

agree Caroline Folz-Jorgensen : yes, as it refers to the constitution/basic law, article is correct. The use of "§" in the german version is not correct.
