Deed of Postponement

In the UK, the term used in the Land Registry is Deed of Postponement.

Deed Of Postponement
A Deed Of Postponement is used when there is a second registered charge on the property, such as a secured loan. The Deed of Postponement is used to ‘postpone’ the 2nd charge, meaning the new charge (the mortgage you are in the process of setting up) has priority and will become first charge registered at Land Registry and the second charge will remain as it is – a second charge.

Another option "Deed of Priority" is synonymous with Deed of Postponement

German term (edited): (CH) Nachgangserklärung

(banking) subordination agreement; (land reg.) notice postponing priority

We, again, may still need a token translation, as - for instance - subordination agreements, in the UK at least, are not used in land registration.
Example sentence:

A subordination agreement is a legal document used to make the claim of one party junior to (or inferior to) a claim in favor of another.

UK Land Registry: a notice will only ensure that the priority of the interest protected will not be automatically postponed on the registration of a subsequent registrable disposition for value, if the interest is valid.

Reference:

Nachgangserklärung = Rangrücktrittserklärung

A "Nachgangserklärung" is the Swiss equivalent of a "Rangrücktrittserklärung" - this seems to refer to a land/real estate context.
