German term

German to English Science Geology Geodesy
Hi,

I am translating a blog post intended for a UK audience, and there is this term that is giving me a bit of trouble, "Terme".

I am not quite sure what "Terme" here means. I am 90% sure it refers to a mathematical term, but I would like someone else to confirm.

Thank you.

Discussion

Coqueiro Jul 5, 2015:
100 % it refers to (several) mathematical terms.

Ramey Rieger (X) Jul 5, 2015:
...and is still today, essential to defining the long-wave gravity field terms/parameters
Ramey Rieger (X) Jul 5, 2015:
'For defining the terms' seems most obvious
Ramey Rieger (X) Jul 5, 2015:
Greetings Robert! Can you with certainty rule out a typo?
