I would be very careful about this - traditionally chutes = rognures = trimmings in many industries, that is parts cut off during processing. This is very different from scrapings. My own feeling is that this is "fore-quarter trimmings", a recognised commodity for which you will find plenty of evidence on the web.

I found Chutes de viande=bone scrapings so this must then be BONE SCRAPINGS OF BEEF categorized under Minerai de viande. Merci
