French to English Other Law: Taxation & Customs personal taxation

Dear fellow translators...
Can you help with this term and does any body know where I could find a quick and easy solution for translating terminology used on the form' Avis d'impôt sur le revenu'? I have found comprehensive information about the French tax system which has been produced by the French govt. but it is vast 75 pages...!
