Agree with Jonathan I generally translate "identitaire" as "identity-something" (based, related, etc.) so agree with Jonathan's suggestion here.

More context would have been helpful but this looks as though the writer is taking a fairly theoretical or intellectual approach and in that case what is probably being discussed is the very meaning of identity, the notion.
