Hello
In
Notre prix se compose du prix de vente des produits figurant sur notre site xxxxxxxxx.be, à savoir le prix de base, au départ de notre magasin, en francs belges ***librement disponibles***, et sans déduction d’aucune sorte.
I suppose that this refers to the francs belges?
Does it mean in cash, by credit card etc. (maybe cheques too).
How do we say this in English?
Thanks

in circulation/freely circulating
Meaning the currency that is available to pay for goods and services as opposed to money held in investment vehicles or by goverments. So, you can pay in cash, by card or by bank transfer, but you can't pay using stocks, bonds, securities or the such.
As writeaway notes, the only references I found online all related to Swiss Ts&Cs. But I guess this text predates the euro.

exchange-uncontrolled
The term rang bells from exchange control days - francs & pesetas A/ 'freely available' domestic currency vs. B/foreign investment currency suibject to exchange controls.
Discussion
So my apologies but some agencies don't like us using Proz and I tried to hide the identity of end-client, even forgetting in my haste that Belgium has the Euro (what a wally).
So Adrian MM may well be right although Wolf's answer is what I initially thought so I'm still not sure.
Yeah it could be Swiss Writeaway you crafty thing :) and I'm not even sure what is "librement disponible" as I thought it might be the product to collect but the expression comes after "en francs belges" (or "suisses")
