Notice to Pay
This is in the account statement section of a Notice to Pay for rent. It is the third line of an entry that reads:
[Date] RGLT/VIRT DU [date] No. XXXX
D: [Company Name]
Quittance (date) Trim/Avce
There is an entry in the credit column beside the first line and an entry in the debit column beside the third line. I'm not sure if the only link is the date. I assume the first line is describing a transfer payment and the second line the company that made it. I wondered if the third line might be unrelated and is referring to an invoice paid quarterly and in advance? But I might be way off.

Receipt for rent paid quarterly/in advance
Absolutely, it reads as if the first line is the amount owed on that date and payment (Règlement/Virement) should be made to this amount, and the third line is some form of rent instalment/pre-paid rent (trimestriel/d'avance). Rent can be paid by-monthly, quarterly and even by-annually so this would certainly make sense on that front.
It may be that the first line is some kind of additional payment required on top of the usual quarterly rent amount (perhaps damages, etc.)
Hope this helps!

Discussion
It sunds to me as if this is confirming that a quarter's rent has been paid in advance: remember, rent is usually paid a [period] in hand, and they soemtimes have some weird and wonderful ways of expressing this! My own monthly 'quittance de loyer' is a work of art in how to make things appear complicated that are basically very simple!
