I am translation procedures for the construction of a stadium . One of the phases is the signature of the "OS étude EG" I literally have no clue what it could be. H

I have been informed that the EG stands for Génie Electrique! Hence the correct translation should be something along the lines of Electrical Engineering Service Order or Work Order

Partial answer only:
OS is likely to be Ordre de Service, a document signed to give the final order for work to go ahead.
So, depending on the context, service order or work order. I think here work order.

And I would say EG was Etude Géotechnique, but this is not certain. Normally in French, geotechnical assessments are labelled G1, G2 etc... up to G5, but depending on the source country, EG may possibly be used. E.g. here Morocco:
