Finnish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)

Hello,

Financial statements of companies sometimes contain the section "tositelajit", listing the types of documentation that serve as backup for the reports.

Imagine that this section contains the following items (among others):

"
Suoritukset
Ostolaskut
Maksut
[...]
"

Does "suoritukset" mean "payments" in such a context?

And if so, what does "maksut" mean (since the meaning "payments" is already taken)?
