High flow-arrival (rate) of customers Explanation: We would not really say "intensities". The customer queue system is often spoken about in terms of "flow". "arrivals of customers" is a bit clumsy, I would say "flow arrivals", or even "arrival rate" if customers are understood to be the subject. Example sentence(s):
