Explanation:
ще може бути "невиробничий прибуток". Багато посилань (ще пишуть "рентний дохід" / невиробничий дохід"

"Аргумент" тому, що такий прибуток tax deductible - what else :-)) тобто його можна вфдрахувати (від загального прибутку) при оподаткуванні.
