"breather" es un tubo de ventilación, o un respiradero, por lo que un "breather filter" es un filtro que va dentro del tubo de ventilación y, según creo, es un filtro destinado a evitar problemas de salud, entre otros, enfermedades producidas por microorganismos que se desarrollan en estos sistemas de ventilación (micosis) y que ocasionan neumonias atípicas, alergias, etc.
Discussion
On the other hand, I've found breather as "respiradero", "tubo de ventilaci�n". Do you think possible to translate it as "filtro del respiradero"?
