Explanation:
Eu achei o texto e uma série de mapas, referentes à batalha de Chickamauga (de 18/09/1863 a 20/09/1863). Comparando o texto com os mapas - com atenção especial aos horários descritos pelo general Longstreet -, eu vi que esse changed não significa que as ditas outras brigadas deixaram de atacar uma frente para atacar outra, mas sim que atacaram outras frentes - as mais à esquerda - ainda não atacadas(vide os mapas 7 e 8 da referência 1).
