tenho visto essa expressão ( He had it on him), em alguns lugares, e não consigo achar uma tradução/sentido.

This is sickening. how can police be so damn pathetic? All of this is over £5 worth of mdma, an amount that when taken literally won't have an effect on you yet this poor kid gets the book thrown at him even though he didn't even know he had it on him.
