Tiger nuts/chufa

English to Norwegian Other Food & Drink I now have a little more explanation; the tigher nuts can also be called chufa

In my previous question I termed the dish ' horchada'; this was wrong; it should be 'horchata' and must not be confused with the Mexican horchata.
