The 10-Point Motorcycle Walk-Around process takes place between the Understand and Satisfy steps of the CUSTOM ® – Complete Sales Process. It helps you create a meaningful connection between the customer and the motorcycle and deliver a trusted, personalized, and social Harley- Davidson experience. It provides the structure to present your customer with the key motorcycle features, advantages, and benefits that are most valuable and relevant to them. As you ask questions and listen to customer response and nonverbal cues (e.g. facial expressions) you deliver your unique presentation to each specific customer. There is no “one size fits all” motorcycle presentation.

Touring Assist funziona in pratica come un traffic jam assist, in quanto l’auto prende il controllo dell’acceleratore, del freno e dello sterzo ad ogni velocità (per lo sterzo, però, rimane il limite di 120 km/h), dunque anche in condizioni di traffico intenso, uno dei momenti in cui chiunque preferirebbe fare altro piuttosto che mettersi al volante.
