Da das "Dressler's syndrome" im Englischen genauso üblich ist wie die deutsche Entsprechung, hier aber nicht steht, würde ich ich auch im Deutschen diesen eher beschreibenden Ausdruck vorschlagen. Die Verwendung von Dressler-Syndrom bzw. Dressler´s syndrome ist anscheinend nicht einheitlich, sowohl im Deutschen, als auch im Englischen.
