Je crois qu'il s'agit en fait d'un chargeur fonctionnant sur le même principe qu'une "magnéto" (comme celle assurant l'éclairage sur une bicyclette standard) et chargeant la batterie dont il est fait mention.

: non, on n'aurait pas charged au passif...on parle d'un système d'alimentation chargé alors comment voulez-vous que ce soit un chargeur ?
