Well, believe it or not, while the large cap S&P were down 10%, the MidCap 400 mid-tier section was up nearly 16%, and nearly 17% with dividends. The Russell 2000 index was down just like the S&P, but it was down only 4%. Traders can take advantage of these discrepancies and make good profits without having to predict whether the market goes up or down.
