TOIL accruals can be accessed for the Annual shutdown period and remaining hours at the end of each calendar year, these will be paid out to the employee prior to the Shutdown. Other than the shutdown period, TOIL may only be accessed with approval from HR once all other paid entitlements have been exhausted
