X shall at no additional cost provide at request to Y monthly listings and highlights of its Channel 15 days before the programmes are scheduled. X hereby grants a non-exclusive license to Y to use details of the programme schedules of the Channels in its electronic programming guide and, if available, its monthly listings magazine and/or websites.
