根据were过去时态判断，they很可能指当初汇给基金公司的（部分）申购款（上下文可能用的是funds，所以用复数were）。received at your risk，我理解为“当初汇款给基金公司系由汇款方承担相应风险”。
括号里简而言之：只返还随申购表所汇款项产生的收益，不包括利息
如果they指proceeds，那就难办了。
