Project: Retail mall Architechtural, Interior Design, and Engineering Consultancy Services herein aftert called the Project".

whereas Party one and Party 2 in regards of the Project have agreed to settle the Consultants' outstanding dus in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual convenants contained herein, party 1 and Party 2 do hereby agree to the following:

* The certified, Paid, and Balance amounts are furnished below:

-The Total Amount Certified 26, 238, 303.17
- The Total Amount Paid against the certification 24, 708, 247.08
- The Balance Amount payable of to-date 1,530,056.09

The x attachment in Annexure 1 will be signed by the Parties for the transfer of the apartment and would be constructed as satisfaction of this agreement .
