المهارة في اقناع الزبون يشراء عدة منتجات مكملة للمنتج الذي جاء من اجله اصلا: مثال لو جاء العميل لشراء امواس حلاقة , فلا اكتفي ببيعه الامواس فقط بل كذلك معجون الحلاقة وكريم ما بعد الحلاقة ....الخ
