Gruaja e re po vë një kapele kashte
Explanation:
"Gruaja e re ka vënë një kapele kashte" is better if according to the context "is wearing" means "is dressed in"

I wish to thank each and everyone of you for your answers. The second answer by Enea, confirmed by Edlira is probably what I'm looking for but Monika's answer seems valid too. Certainly in English "Maiden, young woman and girl" are all interchangeable in some contexts. I wish it wasn't this confusing! Thanks again and take care!

agree  Edlira BABAMUSTA (MCIL): Gruaja e re ka vënë një kapele kashte (NOT Gruaja e re po vë një kapele kashte) (Example: I am wearing a pair of black trousers = kam veshur një palë pantallona të zeza)

-> Faleminderit Edlira! Nëse veprimi "po ndodh tani" mendova se "po vë" do të ishte më e përshtatshme por sugjerimi juaj është mjaft i drejtë. Shumë faleminderit!

agree  Fabiana Papastefani-Pezzoni: Edliras wording is more precise
