Dutch term

Coupe

Dutch to English Art/Literary Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs Report card
I received a repord card from an art and fashion design academy in Belgium.
The report card has been translated into English but I'm not completely sure the translator figured everything out.

I found the term 'coupe' in the Durch source (listed under Opleidingsprogramma) and I would like to hear (preferrably from a native speaker of Dutch) what this really means. Help much appreciated!

I hope I provided enough context.

I'll have a few more similar questions, so bear with me please :)

Pattern cutting

I'm no expert but my guess would be that 'coupe' here refers to (the technique of) pattern cutting.
