Thus they need not be translated, but the originals of the acronyms may be given as explanation in brackets - TBBS: Bureau voor Schadepreventie, SCM: Stichting Certificering Motorrijtuigbeveiliging, TNO: Toegepast Natuurwetenschappelijk Onderzoek - or in the required language (Polish, in this case). Unfortunately, Dutch acronyms have passed undetected under the radar of the otherwise brilliant Free Dictionary, so such stuff is difficult to find there.
