Adrien, j'ai encore des difficultés. il s'agit d'un Contrat entre Naručitelja et Izvršitelja (pas de construction). Naručitelj commande des boules de loterie. Pour Izvršitelja j'ai mis = Fournisseur (puisqu'il existe fournisseur de biens/de service), mais pour Naručitelj je ne suis pas sure si c'est Donneur d'odre. Est-ce que vous avez un terme plus adéquat a me proposer? Je vous remercie beaucoup

Explanation:
est le terme juridique officiel. Les termes de "mandant "ou de "commettant" que l'on trouve dans des dictionnaires ne me semblent pas bien adaptés ici. Si je trouve le terme de "acheteur" un peu trop réducteur (pour moi c'est plus un métier, une fonction dans l'entreprise), il n'est cependant pas choquant dans le couple acheteur/fournisseur.
