No acronym found I am convinced E+E refers to Wrapping and Packing, but no-one came up with a suitable acronym. If anyone reads this in future and knows the answer, contact me and I'll reopen it.

Extra Information This is almost certainly an abbreviation for "Envasos i Embalatge" - So anyone have any suggestions as to how to translate that as an abbreviation. I Googled W&P (Wrapping and Packaging) but it is does not appear to be a commonly used abbreviation. We are NOT talking P&P (postage & packaging) or S&H (shipping & handling) here. The article is about wrapping and packaging technologies.
