A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

11.2. Независимо от предвиденото в чл.11.1. по-горе, Банката има право да събира служебно от банковите сметки суми,
дължими й от Клиента по нейни вземания, произтичащи от сключени договори с Клиента (като погасителни вноски

11.2. Notwithstanding the article 11.1. above, the Bank has the right to collect automatically from Customer’s bank
accounts amounts due to it by the Customer on its receipts resulting from contracts with the Customer (such as
instalments of principal and / or interest in the case of loans, fees and commissions, realization of bank guarantees,
including amounts due in cases of early chargeability) and to collect automatically from Customer’s accounts amounts
of fees and commissions due to it by the Customer for payment services under this Framework Agreement and under
the current List of terms and conditions of the Bank.
