Albanian term or phrase: vendqendrimi, vendbanimi
I've got a marriage deed from an Albanian embassy. Among the categories listed are "vendqendrimi (adresa dhe ZGjC-ja)" and on the next line "vendbanimi (adresa)". The details for vendqendrimi give the district (qarku) and the local administration area; the details for the vendbanimi give the residential address.

The problem that I have is that I would normally translate both vendqendrimi and vendbanimi as "place of residence", but here they require two different translations. Any suggestions for how to distinguish them? Thanks!

Explanation:
Për vendbanimi do të ishte mirë të përdorej shprehja “domicile”, kurse për vendqëndrimi “residence”. Përveç këtyre, mund të hasim edhe vendqëndrim i përhershëm (habitual residence) dhe vendqëndrimi i përkohshëm (temporary residence).
Dallimi ndërmjet vendbanimit dhe vendqëndrimit është mjaft interesant. Vendbanimi është vendi në të cilin njeriu dëshiron të qëndrojë, ai zgjedh ta ndërtojë jetën e vet pikërisht në atë vend. Pra, elementit objektiv i shtohet një element subjektiv. Është vendi që quajmë “shtëpi”, vendi për të cilin na merr malli, vendi ku do të dëshironim të ktheheshim, pavarësisht se ku gjendemi.
