To begin with, "The San Jose repertory theater" sounds like a proprietary name of a theater company. I would not feel right to translate it without the company's consent.

But the word "repertory" and the phrase "repertory theater company" can be translated.

, which is a company that presents and performs a number of different plays or other works during a season, usually in alternation.
