English to Romanian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

In the event buyer terminates this agreement, buyer may procure, upon such terms as buyer ma deem appropriate, products similar to those so terminated and seller shall be liable to buyer for any additional costs, for such similar products, provided that seller shall continue the performance of the agreement to the extent not terminated under the provisions of this clause.
