I believe 洋芝 is referring to a type of turf or grass that is used on golf courses. I looked up "western turf" and "western grass" on Google, but that seemed to turn up only names of companies that sell grass/turf. I guess this is referring to some kind of grass that is used in "the West", but in "the West" it is probably not called western grass (or at least that is my assumption)! Does anyone know if there is a common name for this grass?

Thanks.

Bentgrass too specific? Thanks, Snowbees. On the site you provided, it says uxgŁvn߁AO`ł̎ނ. Could there be other types of grass other than bent included in this since it says n?

imported turf

It all depends on the CONTEXT and the target audience. North American golfers only distinguish between two types: greens and rough.(joke)
