English term or phrase: SLUDGEM
Аre there victims exhibiting salivation, lacrimation, urination, defecation, gastric distress, emesis and miosis (SLUDGEM) signs/seizures?

Russian translation:-
Explanation:
Анличане вообще любят всякие подобные вещи (ср., например, PERRLA = pupils equal, round and react to light and accomodation).

Nerve Gas, including Organic Phosphorus and Carbamate Pesticides
Physical Properties
These agents range from oily viscous liquids of low volatility to highly volatile agents. Many have a garlic-like or hydrocarbon smell, but the absence or presence of this finding is non-specific.
Exposure can result from inhalational, dermal, or gastrointestinal absorption.

Systemic effects result from excess of acetylcholine throughout the body
CNS
o Victims have varied levels of consciousness from normal to depressed
o Agitation is uncommon
o Seizures are typical, especially with military agents.
Peripheral nervous system
o Weakness progressing to fasciculations and ultimately paralysis
o Respiration muscles are the greatest concern.
Pulmonary
o Victims may complain of difficulty breathing
o Bronchorrhea and bronchoconstriction are generally evident
o Respiratory arrest should be anticipated as a result of
Excessive secretions
Weakness from neuromuscular blockade.
Head, Eyes, Ears, Nose, Throat
o Mouth: Excessive salivation
o Nose: Rhinorrhea
o Eyes: Typically, miosis (small pupils). Many case reports document normal or even large pupils depending on the presence of hypoxia and nicotinic findings.
Lacrimation may be present.
Cardiovascular
o Bradycardia should be expected. However, when nicotinic findings are present, or hypoxia is severe, tachycardia or a normal heart rate may result.
o QT segment prolongation and dysrhythmias have been reported.
Gastrointestinal
o Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea are common
Skin
o Excessive diaphoresis may be present
Classically, the pneumonic SLUDGEM + Respiration + Agitation
S – salivation (excessive drooling)
L – lacrimation (tearing)
U – urination
D – defecation
G – GI upset (cramps)
E – emesis (vomiting)
M – muscle (twitching, spasm)
