If you are referring to the Leibnizian term, a requisite attribute for an Arabic equivalent would be sufficient specificity, which may not be possible to achieve by trying to capture the sense of "one" in Arabic, because there are only that many noun terms one can derive from "one" and there is no way to rule out overlap with so many other meanings. The term "monad" is used as is in many languages.
