I have already confessed that I am not sure about how to translate 凭证.
But I know, what are meant with 凭证 must be 传票 and/or 发票, etc.
For this reason, 原始和记账凭证 must be translated as Origin(s) and 凭证 for Booking.
Still, I don\'t know how to translate 凭证.
I hope someone with knowledge in Accounting and Bookkeeping would come up and help us.

You see, my understanding of Bookkeeping is like follows.
You cannot put a book entry without a 凭证 and/or without identifying its origin.
That is why I wrote, \"原始和记账凭证 must be translated as Origin(s) and 凭证 for Booking.\"

In short, you cannot just invent a book entry in your accounting and bookkeeping.

Comment: "Thank you. This was quite difficult. Don't think it is right yet. Deadline is passed, translation is submitted and I think it is good enough for the purpose...Translated as: Accounting documents - gives an overview of accounting documents, covers the preparation and verification of source documents and accounting documentation, and the transfer and safekeeping of accounting documents.
